Directions: Shake well before use, spray on linens, pillow cases, and room before bedtime.
Ingredients: water, lavandula angustifolia oil (lavender), cedrus atlantica(cedarwood), hamamelis(witch hazel). This product does not contain any sulfates, parabens, pthalates.
